WiTA Mentoring Program
Pair up with experienced women in trucking who've walked the route before. One-to-one guidance on careers, licences, business, and life on the road.
How it works
- 1. Members opt in via their profile to be a mentor, a mentee, or both.
- 2. Mentees submit a focus area and goals.
- 3. Mentors review open requests and accept the ones they can support.
- 4. Pairs agree on a meeting cadence (typically monthly) and check in via WiTA.
- 5. When the engagement wraps, both sides leave a private rating to improve future matches.
