Foot In The Door
A licensing and mentoring pathway that helps women take their first paid heavy vehicle role within six months.
Foot In The Door pairs aspiring drivers with experienced mentors, subsidised HR and HC licensing, and guaranteed interviews with national fleet partners. Since 2022 more than 180 graduates have moved into ongoing paid driving work, with a 12 month retention rate above 80 percent.
